If you want to cancel any order please let us know as soon as possible. If the item has not been shipped, started being built or personalized yet, will should be able to cancel your order otherwise probably not, sorry.

This return policy applies to items in the shop and not puppies. For all questions about puppies please see adoption questionnaire.

 

Our first priority is the happiness of our customers. We accept returns and exchanges of any unused items within 30 days of delivery. If the item is damaged or defective on arrival we will replace at no cost. Unfortunately, items that can’t be returned or exchanged are items that have been personalized or made to order. If there is a problem we can help with, we will do everything we can to help or in the one in a million chance we did something wrong, we will make it right. We stand by everything we sell so if you have any problems please let us know.

Shipping of all premade non-personalized items will happen within 5 days of ordering. Items that will be made or personalized will be put into queue and will ship as soon as finished. Shipping will be calculated at checkout and will ship USPS ground. If an order is needed in a rush please let us know and we work with you as much as possible. We will not ship any puppy solo via airplane. If you are out of the area and want a puppy we will help coordinate travel. Currently shipping to US only, if you are out of the country please messages us and we will try work with you.
